HPF - Horizontal plastic fixed for counters

The square base can be fixed with 4 screws to a horizontal base, such as a counter. The thin black base measures only 15x15cm, and the holder can therefore be fixed under boxes or crates amongst the produce. The 40 cm. alu-tube allows the dispensers to be lifted to a convenient height for the consumer.
